President Yoweri Museveni has been confirmed as the Chief Guest at the consecration of the Bunyoro-Tooro Muslim Regional Kadhi. On the 17th of November, 2023, Shk Hussein Galibu Amooti will be consecrated as the new Kadhi. Among other key dignitaries to grace the occasion will also be His Eminence Shk. Shaban Mubajje, the Mufti of Uganda. The event will be held at Bwikya Hill in Hoima City
