Elijah James Kimera, the self-proclaimed prophet at the Faith Centre Church of All Nations in Lusanja, Wakiso, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison by the High Court in Kampala.
The court heard shocking details of Kimera’s exploitation of a 17-year-old follower, whom he married, fathered twins with, and infected with HIV/AIDS. Compounding the egregiousness of his actions, it was revealed that Kimera was simultaneously in a sexual relationship with the victim’s mother, with whom he had fathered two additional children.
